Job Summary
We are seeking a Revenue Officer to join our team. As a key member of our revenue management function, you will be responsible for processing rates tasks, responding to customer enquiries, and maintaining accurate financial records.
You will work closely with the Rates Officer to ensure compliance with legislation and Council policies. Your expertise in revenue, rating, accounts receivable or related finance roles is essential for this position.
About You
* You should have relevant experience in revenue management or related fields;
* Familiarity with Local Government Act provisions practices and procedures;
* Experience using ERP systems;
* Strong numerical analytical data entry skills with high accuracy attention to detail;
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills providing clear professional advice;
* Certified proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel Word;
