Key Responsibilities of a Commis Chef
A Commis Chef is responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to deliver an exceptional Guest experience.
Main Accountabilities:
1. Consistently produce great food in line with Hilton quality standards.
2. Perform tasks within the agreed timeframe.
3. Contribute to Kitchen revenue through effective food cost management.
4. Prepare and present high-quality dishes according to company guidelines.
5. Ensure a clean and organized working environment.
6. Assist other departments when required and maintain good working relationships.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Apprentice Chef.
* Culinary qualification relevant to the role.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Proven team-working ability and willingness to follow instructions.
