Position: Senior Sous Chef / Sous Chef – Pathway to Head Chef

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at The Tower Hotel. This role is ideal for someone who is ready to take the next step in their career, with a genuine pathway to a leadership position in the near future.

About the role
* Work closely with the Head Chef to oversee day-to-day kitchen operations
* Assist with menu development, ordering, food cost control, and rostering
* Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
* Mentor junior staff and help foster a professional, collaborative team environment
* Contribute ideas and take responsibility for key sections of the kitchen
About you
* Experience as a Senior Sous Chef, Sous Chef, or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
* Confident leading a team during busy services
* Strong understanding of kitchen management and food cost control
* Passionate about pub/bistro cuisine and delivering a great customer experience
* Reliable, positive, and committed to professional growth

Pay: $24.95 – $42.44 per hour
