**Role Overview:**

* The Sourcing and Supplier Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Procurement and Claims Supplier Management in all procurement and supplier management activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Overseeing corporate and claims supplier sourcing to ensure scalability, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and optimal customer outcomes.
* Managing insurance claims suppliers across Australia and New Zealand to guarantee optimal performance and compliance.
* Developing and implementing strategic plans for procurement and supplier management to support organisational goals.
* Leading contract negotiations with suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions.
* Monitoring and managing the performance of claims suppliers to ensure high standards of service delivery.
* Contributing to the improvement of processes, tools, and systems to meet customer demands while maintaining compliance and quality standards.
* Ongoing optimisation of existing supplier relationships, identification of new supplier opportunities, and support for the execution of strategic sourcing and supplier management initiatives.

**Requirements:**

* Experience in a supplier management or procurement role within the Insurance industry, particularly in claims supplier category management.
* Proven expertise in supplier relationship management and procurement services, with a strong ability to strategically partner with internal and external stakeholders.
* Knowledge of the third-party risk management framework, industry best practices, market trends, and emerging technologies in procurement and supply chain management.
* Able to conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret data, assess supplier performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
