Delaware North Australia has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our Retail team onsite at Marvel Stadium. This role involves planning and managing food and beverage activities for major events, including concerts and AFL matches.

Responsibilities
* Assist in coordinating retail food and beverage operations for seamless and profitable event delivery.
* Create memorable guest experiences and achieve operational success.
* Lead, support, and motivate the retail team using strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Manage stock control and labour to meet business targets.
* Support the provision of premium food and beverage services.
Candidate Profile
* Experience in event planning and management is highly regarded.
* Background in large-scale hospitality environments or Quick Service Restaurants.
* Experience leading sizable teams across multiple outlets.
* Proven leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
* Knowledge of stock take activities, labour controls, and food cost management.
* RSA Certificate required.
