Job Title: Administrative Support Officer
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly individual to provide administrative assistance to support the daily operations of our facility.
This role involves working closely with the Manager of Residential Care as well as other internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Serving as the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors.
* Managing administrative aspects of resident admissions and discharges.
* Processing accounts receivable and payable and placing purchase orders as required.
* Acting as a point of contact for resident enquiries and referring them to the appropriate area.
* Performing general administration tasks such as filing, mail processing, data entry, word processing, minute taking, and photocopying.
* Maintaining records to meet internal and external reporting requirements.
* Ensuring regulatory compliance with Occupational Safety and Health policies.
* Actively contributing to continuous quality improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
* The ability to manage a busy workload and respond to changing priorities.
* A team environment and the ability to work collaboratively.
* Competency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
