Key Responsibilities:
* Follow established quality assurance processes to deliver work that meets both company standards and client requirements.
* Prioritise workloads to meet production targets and deadlines
* Ensure adherence to engineering drawings and written fabrication instructions
* Work both autonomously and as part of a team
Requirements:
* Trade qualification or significant industry experience as a Boilermaker or Sheet Metal Worker
* Strong industrial fabrication and welding skills with proven technique in flat, vertical, and overhead positions
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
