Fairway Panel & Paint is a long-standing, family-owned automotive repair workshop servicing Fremantle and surrounding suburbs for over 50 years. We specialise in high-quality smash repairs, refinishing and waterborne paint systems — and we are seeking an experienced Automotive Spray Painter / Vehicle Refinisher to join our team.

* Full-time hours: 7:30am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday

About the Role
* Prep, prime, spray, clear and refinishing
* Colour matching & blending (waterborne)
* Maintaining high quality control on all work
* Keeping your area clean, tidy and organised
* Monitoring and maintaining consumables (sandpaper, tapes, filters, abrasives)
* Advising when materials need re-ordering
* Maintaining spray guns, tools and equipment
* Working independently with consistent workflow and time management
* Producing high-quality finishes on every job
About You
* Australian-recognised Spray Painter qualification
* Experience with waterborne paint systems
* Current C Class driver's license
* Strong attention to detail
* Able to work independently
* Reliable, professional and quality-focused
Experience in the following is highly valued: automotive refinishing, smash repairs, collision repair, booth operation, paint prep, Permahyd, Spies Hecker, colour matching, vehicle painting.
