Credit Risk Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Risk Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our analytics group, you will be responsible for supporting both credit decisions and fraud risk management, including the development and maintenance of credit scorecards, policy rule updates, payment fraud detection, device intelligence, network fraud analytics, and fraud model improvements.
Your primary focus will be on leading the delivery of all advanced scientific data models and analytics across our organization, supporting both Credit decisions and Fraud risk management.
* You will lead delivery of all advanced scientific data models and analytics across our organization, supporting both Credit decisions and Fraud risk management.
* You will own the design and strategy/policy changes responsible for managing over 3 million applications per year through automated systems decisions within Service Level Agreement (SLA).
* You will plan and supervise the key priorities for Group Credit and Finance to meet annual goals and business targets.
* You will partner with all relevant senior stakeholders to deliver improved financial performance across our organization.
Key Requirements
* You have 3-7 years proven experience in developing credit risk evaluation models or fraud prevention/detection models for customer originations.
* You have strong capability in performing data processing tasks (auditing, preparation, transformation, aggregation) using Databricks, SQL, Python or R.
* You have proven ability to lead the development and deployment of machine learning models, ensuring ongoing alignment with business requirements.
* You have experience with model risk management frameworks, including real-world fraud detection applications across the customer origination journey.
* You have BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Analytics, or an equivalent applied quantitative field.
