Job Description
We're looking for someone who is passionate about connecting with people and making a positive impact in the community. As a Senior Lawyer, you will be responsible for:
Providing expert legal advice and representation in various legal contexts.
Supervising and mentoring junior staff members, paralegals, and law students.
Participating in outreach programs across libraries, prisons, courts, and refuges.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Strong expertise in employment law, preferably with experience in culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with vulnerable clients and frontline partners.
Confidence in working in changeable environments and strong IT competency.
