What is our opportunity?

At Asuria your role is to empower individuals to achieve sustainable employment. You will meet specific targets, provide tailored guidance/coaching, job placement and ongoing support to your client group. Your commitment to understanding the unique employment needs of your clients and collaborating with employers to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity is a key driver of success in this role.

Responsibilities

- Provide tailored guidance, coaching and ongoing support to clients to achieve sustainable employment.
- Meet targets and contribute to job placement outcomes.
- Understand client employment needs and collaborate with employers to connect talent with opportunities.
- Maintain compliance with required checks and data access as part of the role.

Qualifications

- Experience within the Employment Services industry is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment.
- Proven success in target-driven environments is critical.
- A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory prior to commencement.
- Successful candidates must set up a myGovID to access Government data aligned to the role.

You should be a confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, with experience in coaching, mentoring, and case management within employment services or similar fields. Problem-solving, goal-setting abilities, understanding of the local labour market and employment pathways, robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative and IT tasks are important. You should balance empathy, dignity and respect with a drive to achieve positive business outcomes.
