Nutrilab is a well-established agricultural laboratory providing high-quality soil, plant, seed, and water testing services to growers, agronomists, and agricultural professionals.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and capable Laboratory Technician to join our team, with long-term opportunity to progress into a Laboratory Manager role for the right candidate.

About the Role
This is a hands-on laboratory position with increasing responsibility over time. Duties include:
* Routine laboratory analysis of soil, plant, seed, and water samples
* Sample preparation, testing, and data recording
* Operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment
* Quality control and adherence to laboratory procedures
* Assisting with workflow coordination and reporting
* Supporting laboratory operations and continuous improvement

About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Has experience in laboratory testing, agriculture, or science (preferred)
* Holds a qualification in laboratory science, agriculture, chemistry, or a related field (advantageous but not essential)
* Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Can work independently and take initiative
* Demonstrates leadership potential and a willingness to learn
* Has good computer and record-keeping skills
