B&E Services NSW Pty Ltd is a subsidiary under the conglomerate of B&E Groups (BE Foods), which is an Australian wide distributor of food and groceries supplies. We are now looking for full-time Contract Administrator with position details are as follows:
Position : Contract Administrator
Location : Orange NSW and/or Blacktown NSW
Roles and Duties:
Plan and administer contracts with the portfolio of suppliers, customers and/or contractors allocated to the employee;
Negotiate, draft, review and/or executing contract terms and/or their variations;
Work with production, sales & marketing, account and logistics teams to supervise and ensure that the Employer’s contractual obligations are performed without defaults.
Act as a resource person to respond to enquiries regarding contract terms, their interpretations and their variations from various sources.
Investigate and resolve issues in the course of contract administration at the capacity and level of the Employee, report to higher management or external consultants for attention, advice and decision making, and implement their decisions.
Collect, maintain, analyse and/or report contracts, records, data, report and other paperwork under the employee’s responsibilities.
The Requirements:
The Candidate needs to possess:
Qualification: at least diploma in business administration or relevant areas.
Hands-on work experience of working as contract administration within the food supply industry.
The candidate is expected to have excellent communication skills, attention to details in documents, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Expected Salary: $75,000 to $80,000
