We are currently seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to fill the role of an Operations Coordinator.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and administration tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in operations, logistics, or warehousing and be proficient in using SAP systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate transportation schedules and manage weighbridge operations
* Manage orders and bookings accurately using SAP
* Liaise with customers, transport providers, and internal teams
* Assist with product loading or forklift operation if required
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Certificate III or IV in Business Administration (desirable)
* Forklift Licence advantageous but not essential
* Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
