Job Title: Infrastructure Development Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our team in infrastructure development. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of complex infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quantity surveying, with a strong background in structures - bridges, roads, or rail. You will utilize your expertise to take the lead on packages and work collaboratively with an accomplished leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Measurement of quantities in assisting the preparation of preliminary estimates cost plans and bills of quantities primarily on building services components of government projects and leading into infrastructure projects more than $500M.
* Assist with the QS team undertaking contract administration services, including measuring variations and preparing progress claims.
* Assist the Quantity Surveying team with any post-contract work as required.
* To undertake work within the timeframes and complete estimates to the required accuracies.
* Assist in the preparation of tax depreciation schedules and bank reports.
* Assist in project cost analysis and input into the preparation of cost databases.
* Assist in Quality Assurance requirements, including documentation and assistance with internal audit requirements.
* Prepare post-contract certificates, including variation resolution.
Requirements:
* 4+ years experience as a qualified Quantity Surveyor or Estimator.
* Friendly, outgoing, and approachable demeanor.
* Enthusiastic, goal-oriented with a people-focused approach.
* Degree qualified in Construction or Engineering.
* Worked within a PQS or Consultancy environment.
* Civil projects or structures experience.
* Proven history in cost advisory, estimating, or bill of quantities.
