We are looking for a ServiceNow, Lead Consultant. To be a Lead consulting teams delivering ServiceNow projects and services that ensure a high degree of satisfaction to the customer. Location
Flexible across east coast of Australia or Wellington or Auckland. Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Lead and deliver high-quality, on-time ServiceNow solutions across design, development, testing and implementation. Produce clear solution designs and documentation aligned to ServiceNow best practice, out-of-the-box capability and customer needs. Build trusted client relationships and provide sound recommendations on risk, process improvement and automation. Act as a trusted escalation point, resolving delivery issues and coordinating across teams and vendors. Identify and influence new opportunities within customer accounts in partnership with account teams. Build capability across the practice through mentoring, coaching, hiring support and knowledge sharing. People Leadership (at this level you will have an opportunity to lead 1-2 staff) Manage team utilisation and performance against KPIs, certifications and competency requirements. Drive continuous improvement and measurable growth in consulting and leadership capability. Requirements and Experience
Proven experience in delivering ServiceNow solutions and completion of ServiceNow certifications IT Degree, relevant tertiary education in Computer Science or relevant experience. Experience or training on people leadership, coaching and mentoring Demonstrated articulation of value of personal ServiceNow project delivery Ability to provide platform insight and forward thinking on ServiceNow upgrades, new releases, future ServiceNow roadmap Experience leading customer engagements Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
