The Opportunity
Due to the growth of the business, we have a new and exciting professional opening for a Proposals Coordinator to oversee the end-to-end tender process with inputs from the proposal manager, from receiving identified opportunities through to submission and post-submission communications and review.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the proposals and tenders inbox, managing the full lifecycle of EOIs, submissions, and pre-qualifications in Dynamics 365.
* Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to develop compliant, compelling proposals tailored to client needs, including value-add alternatives.
* Ensure timely delivery of high-quality documents by reviewing requirements, formatting content, and maintaining templates, CVs, and project profiles.
* Facilitate smooth handovers to project managers post-award and track outcomes to support continuous improvement with the proposal and business development teams.
What You'll Bring:
* Proven experience in proposal/tender coordination, preferably in engineering, mining, construction or infrastructure industries
* Experience working with technical teams to translate complex information into client-friendly language.
* Proficiency with editing and formatting in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe tools.
* Experience with platforms like Dynamics 365 and other document management systems
* Strong written communication skills with a strong attention to detail skills showcasing your ability to craft clear, persuasive, and client-focused proposals.
* Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment whilst juggling multiple priorities
* Collaborative mindset working with internal teams and external partners.
* A technical engineering background, with Mechanical, Civil, Process or Mining Engineering or Science preferred but not a requirement.
