Your New Role
Reporting to an inspirational Sales & Marketing Director, and part of a small but high performing team, you will have the opportunity to make your mark and deliver outstanding sales performance, made easy by lands that are already registered in highly sought after locations, and strategic partners that can deliver high quality home & land packages.
Key Responsibilities
* Formulate and execute effective sales strategies and plans that support the delivery of revenue targets.
* Proactively manage and follow up on sales leads as well as explore new channels for lead generation.
* Effectively manage external agents to ensure alignment of sales efforts in a collaborative environment.
* Meticulously manage the sales process to ensure all transactions are accurately executed.
* Nurture and growth relationship with sales channel partners to maximise overall sales performance.
* Effectively maintain, analyse and report on sales and lead data and activities.
* Work closely with Marketing to ensure seamless and supportive collaboration on sales and marketing initiatives.
What You bring to the table
A natural sales professional who can engage customers from all walks of life, and enjoys being part of the home ownership/investment journey with them, you also have:
* Experience in land sales, either from a developer or project home builder, managed multiple projects simultaneously
* Existing and active network in the residential land projects industry
* Ability to effectively manage all sales and related activities timely and accurately
* Track record of positively engaging all stakeholders and customers
* Willingness to work a non-conventional week from Thursdays to Mondays on location most of the time
* RE License, Driver's License and a car
