Responsibilities
- Lead national sales strategy across retail and eCommerce.
- Analyse markets to spot opportunities and drive growth.
- Negotiate trading terms, activations, and promotions with major accounts.
- Manage inventory, orders, and stock flow across all channels.
- Coach and motivate your team to exceed KPIs.
- Represent the brand at trade shows and key events.
- National and international travel required.
You Bring
- 5+ years in senior sales or account management with top-tier retailers/distributors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and P&L; outcomes.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Experience leading high-performing teams in omnichannel environments.
- Commercial mindset with a talent for spotting current opportunities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
