You will partner with other teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives - developing work plans, synthesizing market related data, leading analysis and defining the overall business approach to Meta's successIncrease the effectiveness of the team by recognizing opportunities for new approaches with an emphasis on automationDevelop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales and services for Meta, including a good understanding of working with advertisers and independent agenciesWork with lean organizations to drive their success and grow their advertising investment with MetaBring a practical understanding of statistical measurement to develop and execute on plans that demonstrate the value of Meta platformsCreate persuasive sales presentations using market trends, data visualizations, case studies and Meta product solutionsAnalyse campaign performance data, build case studies and recommend optimized media solutionsExceed sales goals, accelerate growth and manage short and long-term portfolio strategyEnsure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer serviceMinimum Qualifications7+ years of experience in ecommerce Sales, Marketing, Media Sales and/or Online Advertising experienceGrowth marketing experience, with a focus on sales & partnership building and salesCapacity to win the support of key stakeholders & working efficiently with cross-functional teamsDemonstrated experience leading relationships with key decision makers at major direct to consumer companiesDemonstrable success as a leader of change, achieving operational rigor by introducing new performance measures, processes and systemsExperience performing well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment and communicate these changes to clients in a clear & impactful mannerUnderstanding of user behavior and how technology works and the capacity to explain each in ordinary termsStrong communication and presentation skills in all channels, including the ability to synthesize complex data and use AI toolingAbout MetaMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
