Transformation Leader Role
This is an exciting opportunity to take a leadership role in transformation initiatives within the aviation industry.
You will lead, design and execute discrete projects that drive measurable value through structured project delivery, business process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
The team acts as a strategic catalyst governing and accelerating a portfolio of transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
* Guide projects through our transformation lifecycle
* Track progress using established dashboards and enforce cadence for gate reviews
* Contribute to development of the transformation roadmap by defining executable projects
* Support roadmap development workshops and documentation of project value hypotheses
* Support the transition of projects from the transformation office into accountable delivery within line operations
* Track whether projects maintain traction post-handoff and raise risks if execution falters
* Ensure disciplined, accurate, and complete reporting across several projects.
* Maintain up-to-date entries in our transformation tracking system, linked to delivery milestones and benefit estimates
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (Economics, Commerce, Mathematics / Statistics, Aviation, etc.)
* 3-5+ years in professional services or consulting firms shaping business transformation initiatives, or experience in business transformation roles
* High analytical acumen with ability to synthesise data into actionable insights
* Stakeholder management skills across technical and operational teams
* Experience with defining or delivering projects in operational environments
* Highly proficient in Excel (or equivalent) for benefit modelling
* Familiarity with industrial economics concepts (i.e. unit cost modelling) is advantageous
