Roles and Responsibilities
* Minimum 10 years of overall experience in Infrastructure Service Delivery covering Cloud, Hosting and Network capabilities
* Strong experience configuring and troubleshooting Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 and 2022
* Experience in Windows patching using SCCM and WSUS and troubleshooting Windows update issues
* Experience configuring Windows file servers/DFS Namespaces
* Migration of file servers from older operating systems to newer ones
* Hands‐on experience configuring Windows DHCP server scopes/fail‐overs and managing Windows DNS servers
* Experience managing large Windows infrastructure in both physical and virtual platforms
* Familiarity with firmware upgrades using management controllers (Dell iDRAC, HPE ILO, HPE OneView)
* Expertise in Microsoft troubleshooting skills and tools, including OS hardening and vulnerability assessment
* Experience with hypervisor and compute virtualization technologies (VMware, VxRail, vSphere, vCenter, vCloud, VMware View, vRealize, vSAN, NSX, Microsoft Hyper‐V)
* Expertise in VMware vSphere upgrade, P2V/V2V migration, and server migration with PowerShell scripting
* Design and implementation of Disaster Recovery solutions with VMware SRM
* Strong troubleshooting skills on ESXi servers using command line
* Experience with server platforms: Cisco UCS, HP, Dell, IBM server infrastructure
* Performance analysis, tuning and resolution of major outages
* Creation of high‐availability clusters (HA) and distributed resource scheduling (DRS)
* Resource pool configuration, vMotion, alerts, alarms, NTP
* Snapshots, cloning, cold and hot migrations
* Template creation and deployment of VMs from templates
* Knowledge of AD group policies and troubleshooting AD replication issues
* Design, implementation, and maintenance of Active Directory infrastructure
* Administration of AD, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, GPO
* Secure remote administration of domain controllers and member servers
* Group policy management at the root of domain and for Domain Controllers OU
* Root Users and Computers OU management
* Planning and execution of migrations and upgrades related to AD or domain controllers
* GPO creation, troubleshooting, and management
* Ensuring adherence to Cyber Security Policy, standards, procedures and guidelines in daily activities
* Tier 3 support for ADFS, SAML, web SSO, OAuth, certificate‐based authentication, PKI, Azure AD authentication technologies
* Managing large scale programs (100+ people) in a global delivery model
* Delivery accountability and leadership for the overall CIS Portfolio, liaison with customer senior leadership including CXO levels
* Strong background in ITIL Framework with effective RCA skills across the infrastructure portfolio
* Coordination with client on overall portfolio project performance, metrics, and customer relationship management
* Program reviews to identify and manage issues & risks, and ensure smooth delivery through governance and escalation resolution
* Review program scope against client acceptance criteria at the program level
* Management of multi‐vendor engagement and multi‐team dynamics, protecting interests of all parties
* Compliance with cybersecurity policies, standards and regulations
* Implementation and monitoring of cybersecurity measures to protect data and systems
* Planning processes and procedures for overall delivery governance
* Understanding Managed Service contracts, planning deliverables and overall execution
* SLA, KPI deliverable progress checks, artifact collection and control
* Resource utilization and alignment per program delivery guidelines
* Leading the team, developing and reporting to Infosys account team on time
* Team development, training, learning, certifications, and rewards & recognition
* Resource management (leave, roster, utilization, attrition, evaluation, replacement, growth)
* Onboarding & offboarding resources, hiring, pipeline management
* Resource cross‐skill initiatives and service quality improvements through automation
Essential Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in IT / Computer Science or related discipline
* Windows Certification preferred
