Location: Hope Island
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform regular cleaning and upkeep of the house.
* Open the house periodically to ensure good ventilation.
* Operate air conditioning and other appliances as needed to maintain the property.
* Oversee basic garden maintenance, including trimming and tidying.
* Prepare the house before the owner's arrival and maintain it during their stay.
* Report any maintenance issues or repairs required.
* Coordinate with external service providers (e.g. gardeners, cleaners, repairmen) when necessary.
Requirements:
* Prior experience as a housekeeper, caretaker, or property attendant preferred.
* Responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
* Basic English communication skills. Mandarin will be a plus.
* Must be legally eligible to work in Australia.
* Local Driving License is required.
