We are seeking an experienced professional to support our operations. As a vital member of the team, you will provide administrative support for employee mobilisation, payroll and accounts payable and receivable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and maintain accurate records for employees
* Arrange travel arrangements for employees
* Assist with the processing of weekly payroll
* Process vendor invoices in a timely manner
* Reconcile supplier statements and follow up as required
* Provide leave coverage when needed
* Perform other general administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
* Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably with exposure to payroll
* A strong work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement
* Excellent communication skills and customer focus
* The ability to adapt to changing demands and pressures
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and knowledge of SAP will be highly regarded
