This role is a full time permanent position based in either Altona or Sunshine. Your Responsibilities Manage the performance and development of a team of motor assessors. Provide coaching and support to the team. Ensure compliance is adhered to and high level standards are met. Drive a positive culture within the team. Display a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to assist others. Location: You will be based in either Altona or Sunshine in the western suburbs. Working from Home: 1 day a week working from home. This role requires you to visit vehicles on-site, however if you have finished your onsite work you can complete your administrative work from home. Trade qualified in panel beating or spray painting. Experience and knowledge of the motor body repair industry. Experience in a leadership role such as workshop manager. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills. Broad understanding of insurance claims and processes is a plus. Able to work independently and manage your time effectively. Must have a Full Drivers License and be willing to undergo a police check. Training and Induction: Full training is provided for the role and you will partner directly with a qualified assessor to learn the role in full.
