The Office of Industrial Relations (OIR), within the Department of State Development, Infrastructure and Planning (DSDIP) are searching for an experienced HR leader to join our team on a temporary basis.
The Director, Human Resources leads a team of approximately 10 staff to deliver strategic, tactical and business partnering services to OIR's workforce. The HR works in close collaboration with our other people functions -Organisational Safety, Organisational Culture and Learning and Development, to deliver contemporary, fit-for-purpose solutions across the entire life-cycle.
This role - and the work your team does - is varied and its impact is large. From designing and partnering on delivering strategic workforce initiatives, to coordinating change processes, to advising on the public sector employment framework and managing complex HR issues, no two days are the same.
