Building Designer/Draftsperson-Structural, Senior & Junior
We are seeking multiple motivated Draftspersons to join our team.
With over 25 years in business, C&B Designs are recognised as one of North Qld's leading design teams.
Several positions are available to assist us in our continuing growth phase.
These roles offer the opportunity to work on a variety of residential, commercial & industrial projects, from concept design through to detailed construction documentation.
We are looking for someone with experience in building design, structural drafting or drafting, however we also welcome applications from recent graduates, school leavers or those currently completing studies who are eager to learn and grow in the industry.
Structural drafting experience will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing architectural and structural drawings and documentation
Assisting with design development and project coordination
Interpreting building codes, regulations, and standards
Working collaboratively with builders, engineers, consultants, and clients
Maintaining accurate project records and revisions
About You
Experience in building design, structural drafting or drafting (or currently studying with strong portfolio)
Proficient in Revit
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to communicate clearly and work well within a team
Positive attitude and willingness to show initiative
A motivated self-starter, keen for growth opportunities
