The role
As a Stakeholder Management Support Officer, your core responsibility is to ensure efficient, high-quality support across a range of administrative and communication functions. You'll assess, register and respond to inquiries from both the public and stakeholders—all with a focus on enabling the broader objectives of the division. This role is crucial to sustaining service excellence while upholding integrity in documentation and communication processes.
With competing demands and a consistently high volume of work, you'll be relied upon to maintain precision and composure. A key challenge is balancing responsiveness and attention to detail, particularly when navigating emerging priorities and complex requests. Your contribution will also help to foster a collaborative and proactive team culture, ensuring that shared goals are achieved through effective information exchange and thoughtful service delivery.

What you will bring to the role
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
* Maintains meticulous attention to detail amidst high-volume workloads, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and deliverables.
* Clear and professional communication across written communications, phone inquiries, and face-to-face interactions, ensuring consistency in handling public and stakeholder requests.
* Skilled in navigating and resolving a high volume of public and stakeholder enquiries across various mediums, ensuring timely and accurate responses while escalating complex matters appropriately.
* Proficient in supporting cross-team collaboration and project coordination activities, gathering relevant data and contributing to information sharing and planning across diverse service units
