Technical Support Consultant Job Opportunity
This role presents a chance to become part of a dynamic team providing exceptional technical support and cloud consulting services. As an experienced Technical Support & Cloud Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch support to our APAC clients, working closely with the global R&D experts.
The ideal candidate will join the APAC team of seasoned consultants, collaborating with senior support members and teams in Singapore and India to optimize NeoXam solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with software development teams in France to manage APAC support
* Be the first point of contact for our APAC clients, providing expert product support
* Collaborate with sales consultancy teams during sales and project implementation phases
* Manage client environment copies
* Conduct first-level analysis: anomalies, technical evolutions, problem reproduction
* Resolve client issues through software fixes and ticket management
* Document DataHub knowledge from a software support perspective
* Manage day-to-day APAC Support service activities (new tickets, calls, inter-team coordination)
* Coordinate performance optimization requests with customers or projects in liaison with R&D when required
* Monitor and manage cloud resources and performance for production goals
Your Profile
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
2. 4-5 years' experience in financial software implementation and/or support, IT projects in banking/financial industry
3. Familiarity with XML APIs, Web services (SOAP/REST), Web application servers (Tomcat/JBoss/WebSphere), Messaging, HMI Swing or SWT, OS (Unix and Windows), DBMS (Oracle or SQL Server)
4. Knowledgeable in development tools (Eclipse) and Scrum/Agile methodology
5. Proficient in versioning tools like Git
6. Familiarity with Unix commands
7. Ability to conduct peer reviews and assess code
8. Capacity to analyze, design, and develop robust software under high operating constraints
9. Independent, proactive, and strong interpersonal skills; focused on quality of service
10. Team player with a focus on collaboration and open communication
11. Fluent English language skills
