Key Responsibilities:
* Work at the intersection of payroll compliance, systems, and transformation.
* Partner with internal teams and external providers to identify business needs and interpret complex legislation.
* Develop business specifications, test new system features, map current and future-state processes, and manage system updates and change requests.
You will liaise between Payroll, IR, IT, and outsource partners to ensure Oracle HCM and Preceda Payroll systems are aligned and configured for compliant payroll outcomes.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience as a Payroll Business Analyst with hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM and Preceda Payroll.
* Strong background in stakeholder engagement, facilitating workshops, managing cross-functional teams, and driving solutions through to delivery.
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, familiarity with tools like Jira, and a strong analytical mindset.
