This role combines lifeguarding and customer service tasks across a 7-day roster including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

* Deliver exceptional customer service and handle conflicts in a calm and respectful manner.
* Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
* Operate point-of-sale systems with knowledge of membership processes.
* Work collaboratively as part of a team, adhere to policies and procedures, and foster a positive workplace environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Employee Working with Children Check
* Current First Aid and CPR Certification
* Pool Lifeguard Certificate
Candidates must be at least 16 years old and eligible to work in Australia.
