About the Role:
* The HSE Systems Administrator will be responsible for the administration and support of our HSE and sustainability systems portfolio across the Transport business unit.
This role will ensure that our systems are functional, user-friendly, integrated, and compliant with both internal standards and client-specific requirements.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Administering HSE document control processes using SharePoint, Teams, and other designated platforms to ensure version control, security, and accessibility.
2. Monitoring system data quality and developing automated reporting dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Enablon) to support data trend insights and performance tracking.
3. Managing the configuration, user access, support, and administration of Service Stream's core HSE systems.
4. Supporting projects with sustainability reporting requirements, and monthly work hours reporting.
5. Coordinating upgrades, testing, and change management for HSE platforms.
6. Assisting in the integration of WTLC and LCP into digital systems, training, and communication tools.
7. Supporting the rollout of SLW and LCP training by managing scheduling, tracking completions, and maintaining training records.
8. Administering communication plans and digital content related to safety leadership and learning culture initiatives.
9. Maintaining and updating the Transport HSE Risk Register in collaboration with HSE and Operational personnel.
10. Supporting simplification of frontline tools (e.g., SWMS, Risk Assessments, permits) through digital workflows.
11. Supporting compliance tracking through lead/lag indicators and performance metrics.
About You:
Our ideal candidate will have experience in HSE or systems administration roles within a similar industry (critical infrastructure, construction).
They will have strong stakeholder engagement skills and be able to coach and support teams within the Transport business unit.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience in configuring and administering platforms such as Enablon, Pegasus/Beacon, Chemalert, i2i, Smart Start, SharePoint, Power BI, and similar.
* Proven experience supporting large teams with digital safety tools and training scheduling and delivery, focusing on psychological wellbeing, critical risk management and leadership.
* Strong understanding of document control processes and digital workflows.
* Familiarity with systems integration, database structure, and user provisioning best practice.
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) with strong digital literacy for reporting, documentation, and collaboration.
* Certificate IV or higher in Work Health and Safety, Business Systems, or IT is highly desirable but not essential.
