Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fleet Controller / Allocator to join our Brisbane team. This role is central to our operations, ensuring the effective coordination of our fleet and maintaining exceptional service standards. If you excel in problem‐solving, multitasking, and clear communication, this is an excellent opportunity to further your career in logistics.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and dispatch jobs to our fleet while optimising delivery routes.
* Provide clear, professional communication and support to drivers and clients.
* Utilise and manage modern transport management systems and technology.
* Assist with depot operations as required.
* Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail in all tasks.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and a natural problem-solver.
* Previous experience in the transport or courier industry (same‐day courier experience highly regarded).
* Any level of transport or courier industry experience is welcome.
* Valid Australian driver's licence.
* Full Australian working rights.
* A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to learn quickly.
