In this pivotal role, you will:
* Champion practice excellence by developing frameworks, guidelines, and standards that embed culturally safe and evidence-based approaches.
* Strengthen clinical governance to ensure accountability, safety, and consistency across diverse service streams.
* Drive innovation through co-design initiatives, service redesign, and outcome-focused strategies that respond to community needs.
* Influence organisational culture by fostering reflective practice, continuous improvement, and values-led leadership.
What we're looking for:
* Expertise in practice development and clinical governance within human services.
* Proven experience in service innovation and co-design.
* Strong strategic capability and ability to translate evidence into actionable insights.
* Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in allied health, psychology, social work, early childhood education, or related fields.
