We are currently seeking experienced Fish Filleters to join our busy team in Canning Vale on Full Time employment. Full Time, Permanent Role with bonus option. Key Responsibilities: Slicing, filleting, portioning, cleaning, deboning, trimming fresh fish in a wet and cold environment. Always working to a high standard of Safe Food handling practices. Maintaining a consistently clean workstation. Maintaining quality and cleanliness of slicing equipment i.e., Knives kept sharp and clean, tools kept clean and in good condition. Assisting with Quality Inspection of product and ongoing maintenance of stock rotation. Reporting to supervisor on any concerns over the quality or yield of produce. Essential Requirements: Must have experience within filleting in Fresh Food Processing environment. Ability to work in a wet cold environment with seafood and/or meat Assisting the filleting and processing team with other duties, as required.
