Permanent Position, Dispatch administrator job, Wacol, $30/hr
**Your new company**
Our client based in Wacol is a leading wholesale distributor of non-food restaurant and hotel supplies. Their extensive product range expands across cutlery, crockery, glassware, barware, kitchenware, table service, equipment, disposables and janitorial supplies.
**Your current role**
- Working alongside another Dispatch Administrator, your duties will include:
- Co-ordinate & release daily picking slips
- Liaise & arrange with multiple freight carriers regarding daily pick ups of our consolidated mixed cages & or full pallet orders.
- Completing Online Freight Bookings & preparing freight labels / manifest.
- Prepare Customer & Account Manager order pick ups
- Invoicing Customer orders
- Preparing Delivery Dockets
- Handling Internal Warehouse & Showroom transfers
- Arrange Customer & Supplier Returns with support from our Purchasing Department
- Priority stock checks
- General administration & report review
**About You**:
- Previous experience in a similar administration role within a warehousing/logistics environment
- Excellent communication, reading, writing & numeric skills
- Strong awareness of OH&S; procedures
- Positive 'can do' approach
- Reasonable level of physical fitness, as lifting may be required
- Intermediate Computer skills
- Great attention to detail
