It delivers foundational entrepreneurship experiences, educates founders on designing and executing successful business models, and connects entrepreneurs to local and international innovation ecosystems.The Community Manager role builds on UNSW's reputation as a leading university for entrepreneurship, with the potential to impact thousands of students and inspire future entrepreneurs solving world problems. The role requires passion and expertise in startup fundamentals and will support the inclusion of new mentors, startups, and community members, fostering their engagement within UNSW Founders.You’ll collaborate with other UNSW Founders Program members, faculty staff, and students across the university. The role also involves representing UNSW Founders at industry events as a startup ecosystem lead. You can demonstrate success in designing and delivering skill-building programs, managing multiple projects, and meeting tight deadlines.You possess sound knowledge of entrepreneurship methodologies like lean startup, experience communicating complex ideas to diverse audiences, managing large databases, and coordinating startup events.
