This is a permanent, full-time role focused on leading the maintenance and reliability function to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable site operations.About the Role: As Reliability Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing preventative maintenance strategies, supporting capital projects, and driving continuous improvement across the site. You’ll lead a high-performing maintenance team while ensuring strict compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement preventative, corrective, and condition-based maintenance systemsLead and support capital project execution aligned with operational goalsManage contractor engagement and project deliveryOversee maintenance budgets and contribute to site budget planningEnsure compliance with WHS, HACCP, GMP, and other audit standardsMaintain plant safety and ensure safe work practices are followedCoach and lead maintenance staff to meet business targetsMaintain accurate reporting and documentation of maintenance activitiesAbout You:Degree in Mechanical Engineering or trade qualification (Mechanical/Electrical)5+ years of maintenance leadership experience, ideally in FMCG or food manufacturingStrong knowledge of food safety, WHS, and quality systemsProficiency in MS Office and ERP systems such as SAP or D365Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsProven ability to manage contractors and lead small to medium projectsWhy Join:Competitive salary package with long-term career prospectsSupportive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture
