Role Overview
Delivers high-level social work services in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to contribute to the assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of adult consumers within a specialist forensic service setting.
Works collaboratively with disciplines to engage consumers transitioning from the High Security Inpatient Service, providing ongoing assessment and support consistent with treatment plans.
About You

* Expertise in non-routine clinical social work practice in Forensic and Secure Services.
* Profession-specific knowledge, expertise, and skill in clinical assessments and intervention in mental health services.
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills to provide clinical leadership and advice to multidisciplinary teams.
* Ability to initiate, plan, and evaluate service improvement initiatives and provide clinical supervision.
Key Requirements
* Proof of Social Work qualification and eligibility for Australian Association of Social Workers membership.
* Current vaccination against certain vaccine-preventable diseases as outlined in Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16.
