Student Support Specialist
This is a fixed-term, full-time role in the Students Directorate at CQUniversity Townsville. The position involves serving as the first point of contact for student enquiries in our call centre and on campus.

* You will provide accurate, timely and documented advice to students on course selection, administration, admissions, enrolment, fees and scholarships.

Requirements
* Familiarity with information systems, web browsers, email software, Microsoft software or similar.
