Job Description for Senior Test Analyst in Sydney.
MUST HAVE
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Guidewire - CC and good to have exposure to Guidewire PC/BC in Lead role.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform Claims Management testing from GWCC, which involves Claim creation, Claims management, payments, document management, and integration testing with GWBC for payments management.
2. Perform Document validation using Onbase integration.
3. Perform End to End testing across Portal, PC, CC, and BC.
4. Engage with Project manager and Business Analyst to get the scope information for current and future releases.
5. Attend the elaboration session along with Business analyst, Development team, and Product owner to understand the requirement of a story and to provide testing efforts.
6. Prepare Test Plan document with release plan, features covered, and regression testing plan.
7. Update Confluence as a test lead for testing approach, evidences, and all testing related documents for a release.
8. Identify, escalate, and resolve project issues to achieve smooth process flow.
9. Showcase demo at the end of each sprint to the Product owners to get the sign off for the release.
10. Drive defect triage calls on a daily basis to fix high priority defects and take necessary steps.
11. Liaison between business team and Test team.
