About The Role
As an experienced Parts Interpreter in our Wyong team, you will be responsible for:
* Identifying and locating vehicle parts to meet customer needs
* Placing and processing parts orders
* Complete all parts documentation, in line with manufacturer standards
* Maintaining technical knowledge of vehicle operations and warranties
* Handling customer enquiries, identifying parts and dispatching in a timely manner
* Following up outstanding quotations and purchase orders
About You
* Outstanding customer service and presentation skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Competence with computer technology
* A valid driver licence with manual transmission
* Satisfactory completion of a National Police Check (provided by the Company)
