Working onsite for a leading community-based organisation that provides disability, aged care, and training and employment services nationally, our disability division is requiring several Customer Service and Rostering Coordinators for a 2-month temp assignment to start ASAP. The roles will be based at one of the clients head office in Geelong, and you would be required to work Monday to Friday from 9am - 5pm. The hourly rate for the role will be $40 per hour + Super.
- Some of your main duties and responsibilities will be
- Coordinating, rostering and matching staff to various sites
- Coordinate staff replacement
- Be the point of call for staff support
- General Administration
- Update the system and reports daily
We are looking for strong Customer Service Staff who have experience with dealing with people over the phone and ideally working in a CSO team or within a call centre. If you have a background in scheduling and rostering this would be an advantage but not essential. You must have a friendly persona with a great phone manner and excellent communication skills. Being a strong team player and eager to learn is key. Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills is required as well as a demonstrated interest and empathy to work in the disability industry.
Full training will be provided, and to take on this role you must be willing to commit to a 2 month temp role. If you are interested in these positions, please
