Key Responsibilities
* Deliver timely financial insights through monthly management reports, forecasts, and variance analysis.
* Collaborate with departmental leaders to optimize mobile plant performance and cost control.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive cost models for business improvement and budget tracking.
* Oversee capital expenditure processes and provide strategic support for approvals and reporting.
* Ensure accurate ledgers, fixed asset registers, and reporting are maintained.
* Provide cash flow forecasts and support audits while meeting statutory obligations.
* Contribute to Life of Mine (LOM) and budget processes, presenting financial results to site leadership.
* Support site safety and HSEC reporting protocols.
Requirements:
* Hold a CA, CPA, or equivalent qualification. Those without qualifications or studying towards them will be considered.
* Demonstrate proven experience in a mining or similar project environment, focusing on cost and CAPEX.
* Have experience working in an international business with overseas reporting lines.
* Be a confident communicator capable of influencing stakeholders both internally and externally.
