Job Description
The role of Senior Project Director involves overseeing the successful delivery of major projects within the construction sector. This is a senior management position responsible for managing project schedules and resources, leading teams of experienced professionals, and ensuring high levels of compliance and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage project budgets and finances to achieve goals
* Lead and direct a team of civil and construction professionals
* Develop scopes of work, cost estimates, and contract bids
* Oversee cost management, scheduling, profit, and loss, labour management, invoicing, collections, inspections, and client relations
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Director with at least five years' experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, strong knowledge of building and construction, excellent communication and analytical skills, and a Business Management qualification.
Additionally, we require a QBCC Open Builders Licence and computer literacy with Microsoft Office. The Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction (Management) is highly desirable.
