Operations Administrator Job Description
Manpower is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Administrator to support key operational processes across time sheet management, payroll coordination, and data administration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process and track weekly time sheets for temporary and contract staff with high accuracy.
* Liaise with clients to obtain timely time sheet approvals and resolve any discrepancies.
* Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the CRM system.
* Use Microsoft Excel to manage, analyse, and reconcile operational data.
* Collaborate with the payroll team to identify, investigate, and resolve payroll issues promptly.
* Communicate with recruitment consultants, finance, and other internal departments to ensure smooth information flow and task completion.
* Provide administrative support as needed.
Key Skills & Experience:
* High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including basic formulas and data manipulation).
* Experience working with CRM systems or databases (desirable).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Previous experience in recruitment operations, staffing, payroll support, or administration is advantageous.
