Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Clinical Pharmacist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, cost-effective, patient-focused pharmaceutical care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Participate in multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care.
* Provide interface and discharge liaison support to wards and units within the Care Group.
* Lead clinical pharmacy services across sub-specialties, ensuring high-level input.
* Serve as a clinical role model and supervise rotational staff at ward level.
