The opportunity: A permanent opportunity is available for an Electrical Engineer / Automation Engineer to join a growing industrial automation and control systems team in North Brisbane.
This role suits someone with 2+ years' experience seeking hands-on exposure to PLC programming, electrical design, documentation, and commissioning across varied industrial projects such as food industry and construction material process plants.
Key Responsibilities
Electrical design, drafting, and P&ID documentation
PLC programming using IEC***** (Ladder & Function Block)
Working with Allen Bradley / Rockwell Automation, RSLogix **** / Studio ****
On-site commissioning, testing, and fault-finding
Industrial automation and control systems support
About You
2+ years' experience as an Electrical / Automation / Control Systems Engineer
Strong electrical design and automation background
PLC programming experience essential
Rockwell / Allen Bradley experience highly regarded
Reliable, hands-on, and a strong problem solver
