You will thrive in a dynamic global environment reporting to US TA leadership (dotted line to Sr. Director HR International) and effectively translating global talent strategies into local success in the Australia & New Zealand region.A successful candidate will bring at least 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years of technical recruiting experience (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, technical product managers). They will have been a member of the Talent Acquisition team inside a corporation, understanding the full candidate-to-employee lifecycle.They will be accustomed to supporting a requisition load of between 15-20 roles at a time, collaborating heavily across HR and supporting various hiring teams, both tech and non-tech. Hands-on technical proficiency with Workday Recruit and a CRM is a plus. Recruiting experience within a high-velocity global data/technology organization is a bonus.This role is based in our Sydney office, and candidates should live within a commutable distance. Our current model is hybrid, with 2 days onsite and the remaining remote.What will you be doing?Support full cycle recruiting for Cotality in Australia and New Zealand, across various functions, both tech and non-tech. Maintain a requisition load of 15-20 ongoing roles, possibly more for special initiatives.Develop and execute proactive sourcing and recruitment strategies to identify passive external talent, using paid tools and free resources.Deliver screened, qualified candidates in a timely manner to meet business needs, aligning with TA team goals.Lead adoption of new technical tools and advocate for process improvements to increase recruiter efficiency. Manage key recruiter metrics.Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience, maintaining engagement throughout the process, and identifying opportunities for improvement.Consult with HRBPs and business leaders on talent strategies and initiatives throughout searches to influence recruitment decisions.Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and relevant employment laws. Uphold Cotality’s standards of ethics, professionalism, and conduct.Develop domain knowledge of each business area and its objectives.Build the employer brand through meetups and recruitment activities in partnership with the business.Job QualificationsWhat you will bring:Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, psychology, organizational behavior, or related field, or equivalent experience.At least 5 years of recruiting experience, with deep knowledge of talent acquisition processes including strategy, candidate sourcing, pipelining, stakeholder management, and assessment.At least 3 years of technical recruiting experience supporting roles like software engineers, data scientists, and product managers.At least 2 years of building candidate pools via proactive sourcing from various channels.A Bonus If You HaveProficiency with Workday Recruit and experience with CRMs.Experience as an in-house recruiter within a corporate environment, collaborating across HR disciplines.Experience recruiting within a high-velocity data/technology organization.Cotality's Diversity CommitmentCotality is committed to employing a diverse workforce and creating an inclusive environment that embraces everyone’s contributions, experiences, and values.
