Your Role
The Strategic Procurement team's primary focus is to support and deliver cost‐effective procurement activities to achieve government objectives. As part of the Corporate Services division, the Senior Procurement Analyst develops and manages strategic procurement intelligence from a range of data sources and provides insights and reports that support improved decision making, increase procurement savings and/or lead to business improvements.
What You'll Do
Responsible for developing and managing procurement intelligence from a range of data sources through business analysis, reporting, and performance analysis to inform procurement decisions, support performance improvement, meet legislative and statutory reporting requirements, and enable stakeholders to meet business needs and expectations. Day‐to‐day responsibilities include coordinating, executing, and delivering quarterly dashboards, developing a benefits realisation framework, maintaining the Procurement team's budget and forecast, and providing ad‐hoc value‐add analysis to the Procurement team and key stakeholders.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong capability and experience working with varied stakeholders across DCJ and government.
* Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
* Tertiary qualification relating to procurement or finance and/or relevant knowledge and experience in government procurement.
* Extensive knowledge, experience and understanding of NSW Government Procurement processes.
* Experience working in a challenging and multifaceted complex organisation.
